Educational theme
Discuss the disease area, learning objective, and appropriate educational scope.
Sponsor and partner inquiry overview
OncoPath creates physician-led, small-group oncology education and community events, beginning with a 10-person founding pilot in Chicago and carefully structured roles for sponsors, recruiters, and career partners.
Program Model
The Fellows Exchange format is intentionally compact: a private-room dinner, one educational theme, physician-led moderation, and approximately 10 carefully invited fellows for the first Chicago pilot.
The goal is a credible learning environment for fellows and a professionally managed sponsorship channel that can grow only after the first room works.
External Support
Discuss the disease area, learning objective, and appropriate educational scope.
Confirm whether a 10-person founding fellow audience fits the sponsor's education goals.
Coordinate invitation flow, confirmation, dietary notes, check-in, and reporting.
Clarify sponsor support, role, and any required attendee-facing notices before launch.
Provide aggregate feedback on educational themes, satisfaction, and topic interest.
Align early with applicable sponsor policy, legal, and compliance review requirements.
Guardrails
Partner conversations should define the educational objective, permitted role, disclosure language, hospitality expectations, and reporting format before an event is opened for requests.
Partner Inquiry
Share your organization, therapeutic area or career focus, and review requirements so the OncoPath team can determine whether the founding pilot is an appropriate fit.
The inquiry form collects organization, role, sponsor or partner interest, therapeutic area, timeline, and any compliance or review requirements.
